Alcohol: Health Benefit or Health Risk?

We’ve all heard the news about the potential health benefits of moderate alcohol consumption for the heart. No wonder such stories grab headlines. They are the same culture media formula classic “man bites dog.” For the rest of us, we celebrate, raising a glass to our health.

But one every time I hear this report, I wondered if it really ends up doing more harm than good. Most did not mention the health risks of excessive alcohol consumption, which will do much more damage to the body and not the consumer will do well. And leave the impression that the health benefits apply equally to men and women are equal. Not so.

The majority of research on the effects of alcohol in increasing good cholesterol or HDL levels seen men and postmenopausal women. Very few, if any, evidence shows that alcohol consumption in young women is beneficial. Worse, other studies have linked alcohol consumption among young women at increased risk of disease.

You want a beer occasionally, or perhaps a sip of wine? Not a big problem with moderation. We all like to relax with a good wine or a cold drink. However, too many people that this leak to a new level. How much alcohol is too much? Well if you do not know, then you might want to do reality checks. Do not make the mistake to be satisfied with their social life. Too many children from school for this, drink and fun. Suddenly, he had a case of the night only to be satisfied. It is time to become aware of the people. You must control the amount they drink and how often. If not, then it could only end up in a alcohol treatment programs and drugs. Sound good? I hesitated.

Besides smoking, alcoholic beverages is something that pretty much consumed by various circles. It is the custom in most of our society to consume less alcohol at a party. And we know that together, consume too much alcohol can harm your health.

Holistic Skin Care – Fact Or Fiction?

Since it is the wisdom that comes with age, seems to give most of us (I say “most” because if we had all this wisdom, I had to write this article to know?) The less worthy of concern to us. “decent” I mean, no smoking or excessive alcohol use and how to move. As we age, our body begins the moment you pull it down. We wrinkles, arthritis, swollen eyes, and we have many lakes. There are literally thousands of cosmetic operations, which is designed for you and feel young, but how safe and effective they are and how AA fans of all things, of course, I realized that the best things come naturally.
